27SiMn Hot rolled seamless alloy steel tubes for hydraulic pillar service
GB/T17396-2009 standard is applicable to the manufacture of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe for the function of coal mine hydraulic support and pillar. Hot rolled seamless steel pipes for other hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic pillars can also refer to this.
27SiMn alloy steel tubes features: 27SiMn performance is higher than 30 Mn2, it has high strength and wear resistance, high hardenability, medium cold deformation, good machinability, well welding performance, 27SiMn seamless alloy steel tubes are mostly used in the quenched and tempered status. It can also be used in normalizing or hot rolling status.

Manufacturing method of 27SiMn seamless steel tube:
27SiMn seamless steel pipes shall be manufactured by hot-rolled seamless method.
Delivery status for 27SiMn Hot rolled seamless alloy steel tubes:
27SiMn Steel pipes are delivered in hot rolled condition. According to the requirements of the buyer, Steel pipe can be delivered at status Q+T (quenched and tempered) state OR ANNEALED Status, after negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, same time it shall be indicated in the contract.
27SiMn seamless steel tube which at annealed delivery state, HBW hardness test is required.
When the 27SiMn seamless steel pipe is delivered in the quenched and tempered state, The mechanical properties of 27SiMn steel pipes shall be determined by both parties through negotiation.
